LOVE The Soup! I think when I started watching it a while ago John Henson (is that how to spell it?) was the host. You know, that guy with the skunk streak in his hair. So I’ve been a faithful watcher for years. Yes it’s hilarious and sometimes just flat out wrong but I still laugh my ass off

I walk 10-12 miles a week, hills included. Its virtually the only thing good I do for myself. Of course, I usually end up at the grocery store afterwards for chocolate or ice cream. Thats not so good. But congrats on your walk. Keep going. Its a great way to tone up and de-stress too.

Dude, I feel your pain. Every time I walk up the stairs in the building where I work, I have to take a knee after each flight. (But will I quit smoking? Probably not.)
