Firewalls can have logs running, so it's a good idea to check on them regularly too, to make sure that nothing "odd" is occuring. Something has obviously compromised the Registry and that can't be good, but compromising a Registry can't delete a file, only the OS's ability to load the thing into memory, and these Cannot find firefox, cannot find the antivirus.
