I go to click 'Volumes', and everything freezes until I unplug the USB cord. I restart the computer and still nothing. It is running, but not displaying on the desktop. Change Drive Letter And Paths Greyed Out usually Windows will only show a single DRIVE per each line, and each partition of that drive is listed along side of any partitioned drive letters. Sometimes you can try uninstalling the usb driver and once you restart the computer, the drivers will be reinstalled by the the operating system.
