resmon.exe will tell you which process it is. Usually all I have running is Chrome. Add those programs to the FileMon exclude filter, this is normal background activity (as you can probably see, a lot of explorer.exe entries are explorer getting info on FileMon). I shut down ZA, uninstalled it, ran CCleaner, installed Comodo, and voila, the internittent accessing is gone!
