I used a tool called tdsskiller and I think it did the trick. Tried Firefox and that worked fine so I knew it was a problem with the Chrome browser specifically. If that does not kick it out you can try a cache clear of the phone and if that does nothing then yeah, it's looking like a master reset is the http://yeahimadork.com/redirect-virus/google-redirect-virus-really-annoying.php Hope it helps..........
