Disabled the program and internet is fast again... When I opened a new tab and typed in an address (or even clicked a bookmark), there was often a delay of several seconds before anything would happen -- I'd just So after you throw out the rubbish, it runs faster! Firefox is the most resource friendly while also being the most feature-full. I have tried disabling all extensions. I also do not use any adblockers and I also disable plugins I don't need. You know for being the best antivirus I could buy I'm starting to regret my descision going with them.
However, I can see the reason an anti-malware vendor would choose not to forcibly remove it. Some extensions install a button on Chrome’s address bar, and those can be quickly removed (Uninstalled) by right-clicking on them and choosing Uninstall from the menu. Google is not Apple.
