So I checked it out and found it belonged to a program called Smart Bar then I delved into the program deeper and found that it was Yahoo Smart Bar by I've made all the mistakes. Yahoo opens as my homepage no matter what I do with the settings and it opens as the homepage in tabs too. This is what I use; they have a free virus protection program which fills my needs. news
I do not know but it's so frustrating and just makes me hate everything about Yahoo! It keeps nasty scripts, embedded in web pages from running and infecting your system. This code can be read using a camera on a smartphone or a tablet. i have scan twice already!
